🎓 About the Program
The Umbrella Scheme for Education of ST Children Post-Matric Scholarship, Arunachal Pradesh 2025-26 is an initiative by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. It provides financial assistance to students from Class 11 onwards in professional, technical, non-professional, and non-technical courses, including correspondence courses. Selected students receive a maintenance allowance of ₹1,200 and other benefits.

📌 Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of India and a domicile of Arunachal Pradesh.
- Must belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.
- Must have passed Class 10/12 or higher secondary examination from a recognized board/university.
- Annual family income must be less than ₹250,000.
- Must hold a bank account linked to Aadhaar and a valid mobile number.
- Should not be receiving any other scholarship.
💰 Scholarship Benefits
- Graduate/Postgraduate professional courses (Hostellers): ₹1,200/month
- Day Scholars: ₹550/month
- Non-professional courses: ₹820/month (Hostellers), ₹530/month (Day Scholars)
- Vocational/ITI/Polytechnic: ₹570/month (Hostellers), ₹300/month (Day Scholars)
- Post-matriculation level non-degree: ₹380/month (Hostellers), ₹230/month (Day Scholars)
- Additional allowances for SC students with disabilities: ₹800/month (Hostellers), ₹600/month (Day Scholars)
📝 Required Documents
- Passport-size photograph of the student
- Domicile certificate
- Academic transcripts of previous qualifying examinations
- ST certificate signed by an authorized Revenue Officer (RO)
- Income certificate of parents/guardians issued by competent authority
- Receipt of previous year's scholarship (if applicable)
- Disability certificate (if applicable)

- Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) using Aadhaar and mobile verification.
- After successful registration, navigate to ‘Apply for Scholarship’ and select this scholarship.
- Fill in the required details, upload necessary documents, and submit the application.
- Ensure all information is accurate; multiple applications or false information may lead to disqualification.
